The composition of the equipment for automatic weighing of raw materials

The kit is designed for automatic weighing of 1 ÷ 16 components - according to the accepted recipe.

The whole set has a robust design that does not require high rooms and ensures maximum use of the existing room. As a hanging hopper, a hopper of the ZNW type is used.

A set of overhead bins occupy a small area (approx. 24 m²) at a low height (up to 9 m).

Hardware Features

The controller (itself or with a computer) controls the entire weighing process. For this in
controller memory entered feed formula. Raw materials are dosed from suspended hoppers using screw feeders directly into the weighing hopper. Hoppers are suspended on load cells. The computer has a printing machine that prints all the process information.
